Kitchen floor ideas

A floor plan shows the placement of several features in the kitchen, and that is why we ask our clients to start with it. The plans, together with some pictures of the current space, will show the location of the light switches, power outlets, range hood position, and all other fixtures to help calculate an accurate estimation for the kitchen renovation.

Kitchen design

After settling on an idea of the kitchen layout, the next step will be to meet a designer. If possible, a contractor and family members should attend the meeting. You can also hire an independent interior designer, though our team is competent. Their participation will give a more detailed preliminary new design.

Adjustments

This step gives you the chance to go through the design and make the changes you may want. You can discuss with your loved ones and consult the designer. It gives them time to factor in the possible implications of those changes and set up a second meeting. Do not be surprised if you want to keep the drawings and a retainer fee is included in the estimate.

Finalizing

The second meeting gives a clear perspective of the design layout and kitchen style, which leads to the finalization stage, where you compare your budget with the cost estimate. Once you are satisfied with everything to that point, we will give you a project manager that will measure the space in preparation for the commencement of the kitchen renovation.
